I love understanding how things work, whether it's a handbrake or a camera and once I've understood it I get such joy from spreading that knowledge to somebody else.
My name is Dr Karl - I don't have another name and I use TikTok to spread wisdom and enlightenment throughout the Universe. The prime motivator for me getting onto TikTok was to spread critical thinking. Starting off with raw data which then turns into information and then knowledge. I see TikTok as a pathway of taking people along that Journey.
There's been a major shift with regard to teens asking questions at the end of my live shows, it used to be only five percent now it's 95 percent. With TikTok you can answer and start a conversation. So I'm in the supermarket and people say thanks for talking on the radio doing TikToks, now as a result of that I'm a nurse or a fire officer or studying for my PhD. Their life is now better and I'm very grateful for it.
I'm wearing a shirt from 'The House of Mary'. My wife makes all of my shirts and notice I have two pockets and this pocket over here has got a pen holder. I'm so lucky, thank you Mary.
