I'm Shelby I'm a Potter based in Ballarat Australia. I want to be able to share little insights into the pottery process so people can learn from my videos to bring it into their homes and almost be this little bright spot of their day.
I was selling to an Australian-based Market mostly. TikTok allowed me to reach a lot further, and they can really see such a process of love joy and passion. I've been able to grow my business into a bigger space - I was in this dingy little shed and I really struggled to even make the level of work that I wanted to make, but since starting on TikTok I've been able to grow and expand into a space and sell to so many more people and I am just so grateful.
Also being able to collaborate with other creators has been so amazing I just can't imagine another Community being the same as TikTok. Tt's bananas my little four-year-old self that was drawing on the floor could never imagine that I'd be sending my art all around the world.
